Homeless Resource Guide

The City of San Jose's Homeless Division provides a variety of services to individuals and families who are either at-risk of homelessness, chronic homeless, or who experience homelessness for a period of time. To increase awareness and assist those in need, the City provides referral information to available services city-wide. The Homeless Resource Guide is pocket-sized and it is a compendium of information on shelters, rental assistance, mental health and recovery programs, veteran and youth services, and housing for families and individuals.
