| Part of the 2000-unit Shea River Oaks residential development in the Rincon de los Esteros Redevelopment Project Area, this project satisfied the moderate-income portion of the Redevelopment Inclusionary Housing Requirement for project area developments. The developer provided second mortgage assistance to 180 moderate-income homebuyers; the City provided a $400,000 affordability reserve to assure that future resales were available as affordable housing. | |||
