As required by the federal government, the City of San Jose annually prepares a Consolidated Plan that describes the City’s housing needs and identifies the resources available to address them. The ConPlan includes detailed statistics about San Jose, its housing stock, and the housing market. Additionally, it includes one- and five-year action plans. Copies of the Consolidated Plan are available at the City of San Jose Department of Housing located at 200 East Santa Clara Street or by request at 408.535.3860.
